Wholesale FAQs
Who is wholesale pricing for?
Most of our wholesale clients are retailers, designers, event professionals, hospitality businesses, florists, photographers, and production teams. You do not need a business to order, though — weddings, corporate events, and other large personal projects are just as welcome.
Can I mix products from different collections to reach a discount tier?
Yes. Discounts are based on your order total, not on a single product or collection, so faux stems, dried arrangements, and vase sets can all be combined.
Do wholesale discounts apply automatically at checkout?
Not automatically. Once we have reviewed your inquiry, we will send you a coupon code that applies your wholesale pricing. Enter it at checkout and the discount will be reflected in your total before payment.
How long does a wholesale order take?
Production time depends on the products and quantities you order. For larger wholesale orders, please allow roughly 20 to 30 days from order confirmation to delivery. We will confirm a timeline with you before production begins.
How does shipping work for wholesale orders?
Shipping within the United States is covered by us. For international orders, shipping is charged at actual cost. We will let you know the amount before you place the order.
What happens if items arrive damaged?
Let us know and we will make it right. Depending on what you prefer, we will either send replacements for the damaged pieces or refund them.
How quickly will I receive a response?
We reply within one to two business days, using the email address you provide. Our first response will confirm your wholesale tier and outline next steps, so you know what to expect before ordering.
