What are your products made from?

Materials vary by product and may include combinations of polyester, EVA, PVC, PU, plastic, foam, fabric, and wire. The materials are selected to create realistic color, texture, structure, and flexibility.

Although faux flowers are sometimes called “silk flowers,” our modern artificial stems are not made from silk.

Can your products be used outside?

We do not recommend leaving our products outdoors for extended periods. Prolonged exposure to strong sunlight, rain, moisture, wind, or extreme temperatures can cause colors and materials to fade or deteriorate more quickly than they would indoors. For temporary outdoor events, bring the flowers back inside after use and keep them dry.

How are your products shipped?

Orders are shipped from San Diego, California, primarily through USPS and FedEx. Most orders require 1–2 business days for preparation before dispatch. Estimated delivery is generally 4–7 business days after shipment, although timing can vary by destination, carrier conditions, weather, and holiday demand.

Are vases included?

No, unless a product description explicitly says a vase or container is included. Styling props shown in photography are generally for display only.

Will the color look exactly like my screen?

We aim for accurate photography, but screen settings, lighting, and handmade finishing can cause small differences. Please use the labeled option photos when selecting a color.

Is the greeting card complimentary?

Yes. Where a greeting-card message field is available, the entered message can be included with the order at no additional charge.

Can stems be shaped or shortened?

Many wired faux stems can be gently shaped. Cutting suitability varies by stem construction, so contact us before altering a product if you are unsure.

Do you offer wholesale orders?

Yes. Volume discounts start at $500, and our Wholesale page has the full pricing tiers, answers to the most common trade questions, and a short inquiry form. Tell us what you are planning and we will reply within one to two business days.

You do not need a business to order at wholesale pricing — weddings, corporate events, and other large personal projects qualify the same way.
